Out with young action men Stephen and Joe who have recently joined the Air Training Corps and were keen to get out and visit aircraft wreck sites in the dark peak to gain knowledge of aircraft from the past. We started out from Torside and up Wildboar Clough across the moor to Higher Shelf stones to visit the B29 Superfortress. Stopping at higher Shelf Stones Trig to take in the view of Kinder Scout Plateau.
